Saturday’s Republican Debate was so exciting that many folks on the west coast got to watch the tape-delayed version of it in prime time! Woo-wee! Electrifying!

Speaking of electrifying and energy and our power grid, there was one interesting little tidbit from the debate that you might find interesting. It turns out that despite Michele Bachmann’s insistence that some sort of genetic mutation has occurred and Newt Gingrich and Mitt Romney have merged into a new species of semi-aquatic salamander called a “Newt Romney,” there is actually a subtle difference between the two GOP frontrunners.

Any guesses?

Okay. Here it is: Lunar colony funding for mining minerals from the moon. They differ on that one.
