“Ron Paul 2012!” Says Drunk Guy

Ron Paul 2012 Says Drunk Guy

If you would just read your constitution, you would know that you have every right to be FUBARed while driving as long as you don’t hurt anything. It says so right there in the First Amendment:

Congress shall make no law disrespecting an establishment of my right to get FUBARed, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of FUBARedness, or of the flow of FUBAR inducing fluids; or the right of the people to drive while FUBARed, and to petition the Government to pay for any damages.

That’s pretty straightforward, right? Well, evidently some police officers in Montana must have read an entirely different First Amendment and poor Brian, a Ron Paul supporter out for a good time, was caught in their ignorance.

Luckily, National Geographic‘s cameras were there while Brian valiantly stood up for his constitutional rights!

“The Constitution is your right!” he shouted at the officers. “Why can’t you guys just assume to me that this is my Constitution, right?”

He then boldly asked them, “What is the First Amendment? What is the First Amendment?” Pausing for a response, he then followed up, “You don’t even know! Ha! You took a vow to your Constitution and you don’t even know what it is!”

“Do you know what the legal limit in Montana is?” one cop asks.

“What’s the legal limit of hurting somebody?” the man astutely replies.

Apparently, it’s .08. And poor Brian blew a .301 which is nearly four times the legal limit. Needless to say, poor Brian was placed under arrest.

But poor Brian did have some parting words for the viewers:

Constitution! Yeah, yeah, Constitution. Read it and live by it. Ron Paul 2012, let’s go. Ron Paul 2012! Ron Paul!
